On our holiday here, everything was awesome and we're already excited to plan a return trip. The spot was amazing, with spacious rooms that were just great. The staff really impressed us with their top-notch service; they were super efficient! 🌟

This hotel is absolutely brilliant and terrific with honest employees who is above and beyond level of service. The rooms are absolutely stunning and the breakfast is exceptional. There is a garden restaurant on site. We would recommend the venue to others.

I love the facilities of the hotel... Beachfront location, pool, choices of restaurants, the serenity of the place... Very accommodating staff as well..

I've been to other luxury hotels, but the choices of the breakfast buffet is quite limiting... Not much choices on meats/protein section in particular.

Reasonably priced food, top-notch service, and perfect view of the sunset. Exceptionally comfortable bed, wonderful bathroom, balcony, and mini bar in the room.- Stunning location close to canteens and bars.- A delightful way to end my trip.

My family enjoyed our stay very much. My 5 year old girl liked the hotel and their activities. However, very young kids may not be able to join the hotel's activities as it is catered more for kids above 8 years old.

This place offers spacious, stylish rooms with a big balcony and provides toast and cereals for breakfast.

The location here is fantastic, with a beach bar that serves you with a view of the beach and sea in front of you.

Great beach, orangutans on site, lots of activities, free internet, lots of dining options.

Wished we booked an ocean view room.

The restaurant was particularly good with good food here, I had delicious dishes.

The location is stunning and amazing, with a short walk to Oceano restaurant for breakfast, and the room features modern furnishings, a spacious bed, and a large bathroom.

The location was fantastic - to be on a beach yet surrounded by forest was amazing. The orangutans were the abolsute highlight for me though!! We went to Sepilok however the nature reserve at the hotel allowed us to be closer to them and it felt less of a tourist trap and much more intimate. The staff were also absolutely lovely and seemed to have really pride in the resort and making sure we had a great time.

We had one night at the Garden Wing and then upgraded. The Garden Wing felt a little tired in places. The rooms were lovely but around the coffee terrace restaurant it didn't seem quite so clean and cared for as other parts of the resort. I also think it would have been good to have an area with no children as even when we upgraded the pool area was a little noisey at times with children....I had in mind that this resort would be more for couples but it was actually very family-orientated. The Ocean Wing was fabulous though and did certainly give us more of a couple-holiday feel.
